training/checkpoint lineage were not recovered in this extraction. Do not infer
the catalogue's license from the ASTAP executable license. Existing applicable
upstream conditions remain in force independently of the code license.

LGQ-GD weights are the author's existing export. Only descriptive metadata was
sanitized; numeric tensors and quantile tables are unchanged. Declared training
statistics are reported, not independently reproduced. Full training inputs,
checkpoint provenance and explicit weight-distribution terms remain to be
documented. No third-party license has been invented or
replaced, and no legal clearance is claimed by the checksum tooling.
